Showing Off Downtown

Park Townsend Having shown this complex as well as others just a couple days ago to a buyer, I am reminded of what condo complexes downtown offer that have become so enticing to those that live there.

Let’s use Park Townsend as an example.  It’s located at 46 W. Julian Street San Jose, CA. 95110, which happens to be a short drive to freeway entrances and short distances to food, bars, and entertainment.

Aside from the ideal location of the complex, let’s talk about the perks of living here. There is a secure underground parking area for the residents, swimming pool, a spacious community room that can be rented for a certain amount of time, a nice gym, conference rooms, and the list goes on!

If you’ve ever been in this building then you know that the central theme for the interior is, luxury. The lights, the stairs, the handrails, and the paintings on the wall, all reflect this.
