Talking Real Estate On Get Real TV

Get Real With Brian StuckeyDowntown San Jose

I had the privilege of interviewing with CreaTV San Jose’s Brian Stuckey. During this market, I’m usually asked the same questions that revolve around our current real estate market. We are all constantly influenced by the media on their observations of whether this market will be turning around in the near future or if it’s already beginning to pick up. What you might forget is that all markets are slightly different, and what should matter to you is what’s going on in your local market. What most can agree on is that this is a Read the rest of this entry »

Showing Off Downtown

Park Townsend

Park Townsend Having shown this complex as well as others just a couple days ago to a buyer, I am reminded of what condo complexes downtown offer that have become so enticing to those that live there.

Let’s use Park Townsend as an example.  It’s located at 46 W. Julian Street San Jose, CA. 95110, which happens to be a short drive to freeway entrances and short distances to food, bars, and entertainment.

Aside from the ideal location of the complex, let’s talk about the perks of living here. There is a secure underground parking area for the residents, swimming pool, a spacious community room that can be rented for a certain amount of time, a nice gym, conference rooms, and the list goes on!

If you’ve ever been in this building then you know that the central theme for the interior is, luxury. The lights, the stairs, the handrails, and the paintings on the wall, all reflect this.

The actual unit that I showed to my buyer Read the rest of this entry »

Take Advantage Of This While You Can!

You’ve probably noticed it and/or have witnessed your friends, family, co-workers…etc. experience it.Interest Rates At Historical Lows

I came across an article in the San Jose Mercury News, which basically reminds us how these near record low mortgage rates won’t last forever.

“That’s because Congress late last year tied a payroll tax-break extension for millions of workers to what amounts to a new hidden tax on anyone who takes out a mortgage or refinances their home loan.” – Amy Fontinelle
