We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this condo and the complex. Ryland Mews has all the amenities that one could want living in Downtown San Jose. This particular unit is in a great location within the building; only steps away from the pool, clubhouse, and exercise room. Ryland Mews is just a short walk from the buzzing San Pedro Square Market.

A lot of people that we’ve connected with who live in the building absolutely love it here. There are one, two, and three bedroom floor plans within this Ryland Mews condo complex. Neighbors seem to always have a minute and talk about what makes this complex great. There’s a strong sense of community which is comforting for most. For all of the green thumbs out there, not a lot of people know that there’s a common garden area on site that residents can use to grow their own plants and flowers. Nice touch right?

As far as the logistics of the actual transaction goes…we had a couple offers on the home and successfully closed with one of the buyers. Our client, was the seller, and he lives out-of-state. We’re grateful whenever we work with out-of-area homeowners because that means they’ve put complete trust in us without even being here. What’s Going On Where?

You’ve probably noticed those giant cranes and loud noises coming from different construction sites downtown. If you aren’t incredibly in tune with what’s going on downtown, have no fear. We’ve got maps to show you what the current development projects are and where they’re taking place. It’s exciting for us to see first-hand how much Downtown San Jose has changed over the years. There’s a demand for places to live in our fine area and developers have been listening to this demand. Part of why there’s new construction is that overall, the real estate market has been improving since 2012. It’s a trend that hardly ever changes, but sometimes we forget to acknowledge it. Think of it this way: Good Real Estate Market = New Construction and Bad Real Estate Market = Little to No New Construction. Makes sense right?
