Downtown San Jose Condo & Townhouse Living

20 Ryland Park #202 Sold!

College Park Loft Unit 202

The market remains to overall be a sellers’ market. We had the honor of helping our client sell his College Park loft recently. Downtown San Jose can be a bit unpredictable when it comes to the amount of potential buyers checking out a condo/townhonme/loft. As of late, it feels like we’ve been connecting with a lot more people that are attracted to the idea of living in a “downtown” area. Whenever we put a new home on the market, our goal is to expose it to as many people as possible in a variety of different ways. You just never know where that right buyer will come from.

After going live on the market with this loft, we held a couple weekends of open houses which had great turnouts. From there we generated a good amount of interest and shared with people the deadline for submitting offers. This helps us determine who’s serious and who’s not. What made this whole process more complicated was that there were tenants living in the unit, which took extra coordination. Our goal is to not only get the highest price for our sellers, but to also help guide the whole transaction in a way where all parties have limited stress and are happy. We pride ourselves on this. The result was extremely positive for our seller on unit 202. We received multiple offers and negotiated a price that our client was thrilled with. For more info on this recently closed home, go to:
