Average List Price – $273,784
Average Sale Price – $257,530
Last month in December, there were 13 condos/townhomes sold in 95110 and 95112.
List Price – Min: $150,000 Max: $469,000 Median: $239,000

Projections: Real Estate prices don’t seem to be dropping a significant amount, which is a possible sign that we are at the bottom of the market. My projection is that you will see stable home values from here on out. As far as interest rates go, it would be hard to imagine them being lower than the current 3.75% for a 30 year fixed conventional loan. My guess is that they won’t go any lower than that, but still an unbelievable rate.
